MEA Code of Conducts was prepared as guidelines for its employees for good performance in comliance with Good Corporate Governance Principles. The Code of Conduct has been disseminated across the organization by means of MEA intranet and printed pamphlets provided to the Board of Directors, the Governance and its employees.

In 2005, MEA lauched the campaign project " Growing Sprouts of Good Code of Conflict. " The Code of Conduct handbook was given by the management to employees in each area.
