  MEA expects all levels of the organization to report Personal & Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statement. Therefore employees will complete a Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form to report any potential conflict of interest and send it to supervisor. Moreover all levels of the organization with questions or concerns about potential conflicts of interest will promptly address the issue with appropriate Compliance Officer. The role of a supervisor sometimes attracts certain controlling and advising to subordinate.
